Judy MayPORTLOCKSadly passed away with her daughters by her side at Musgrove Park Hospital, Taunton on 23rd September aged 61 years. Much loved mum of Cindy, Kirsty and Gabby, nanny and great nanny.

Judy will be deeply missed by her family, friends and those who knew her. Love you to the moon and back.

The funeral service will be held at Mendip Crematorium on Tuesday 21st October at 2.30pm.
